Bucksworth Services, a local and family owned company based in Arizona, is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative (CSSR) to join our growing team. As a CSSR, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every customer has a positive and family-oriented experience. You will field incoming requests, schedule service visits, and maintain efficient routes that reduce drive time. You will also make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.

The ideal candidate for this role has a service-oriented mindset and a commitment to building loyalty and trust with clients. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. You should also be comfortable working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time. Fluency in Spanish (reading and writing) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Field incoming requests and schedule service visits

• Make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments

• Navigate a Windows-based and web-based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules

• Monitor, update, and maintain customer database with accurate customer information

• Participate in quality assurance processes, programs, and initiatives

• Provide exceptional customer service and support

Qualifications:

• Service-oriented mindset and commitment to building loyalty and trust with clients

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail and follow through

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

• Fluent in Spanish (reading and writing)
